Vinification :
Pneumatic pressing, temperature controlled.
Alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations in barrel.
Aged in French oak (50% new) and in tanks.
Bottled after 12 months.
Tasting :
The nose is marked with very delicate mineral aromas, with white flowers and a touch of oak.
The balance on the palate is noteworthy, with the whole being linear and powerful..
Aging and serving recommendations:
It would be a shame to drink too young, as it will open well after 2 years and will stay lovely for about 10 years. Best served at cellar temperature (12 to 14°C).
Pairing:
This wine goes very well with fish and light meats.
